White Hat SEO in Search engine optimization (SEO) terminology, white hat SEO refers to the usage of technical optimization strategies, techniques, and tactics that focus on a human audience.

Black hat SEO in search engine optimization (SEO) terminology refers to the use of aggressive SEO strategies, techniques, and tactics that focus only on Search engines and not the actual user, and does not obey search engines guidelines.
Some examples of black hat SEO techniques include spam links keyword stuffing, invisible text, hidden links, cloaking, doorway pages, using unrelated keywords in the page content, page swapping (changing the webpage entirely after it has been ranked by search engines). These practices are against the guidelines provided by Google and overall Google’s algorithms.
Here in India If you type "Pappu" in google search it shows the photos of a politician followed with the jokes on him.
Black Hat SEO Usage
Black hat SEO is used by those who are looking for quick traffic on their Websites, rather than long-lasting audience or user on their Web site. The traffic generated through these practices does not last nor are the rankings able to maintain their position on the search engine research pages.
Black hat SEO can result in your Website being banned from a search engine. Thus, we can conclude that the rankings achieved through the Black hat SEO techniques are short lived.
